Must have at least 18mos PERM Endoscopy experience.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
BLS & ACLS required.
PBDS Assessment – waived.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.\
