Telephonic Triage RN (CLIN NURSE 2) Apply for the Telephonic Triage RN (CLIN NURSE 2) role at UC Davis Health. The CN identifies and implements nursing interventions and evaluates results for a wide variety of patient populations. They act as a resource to the nursing team, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering patient‐centered care. Job Summary Provide comprehensive, continuous care including assessment, documentation, planning, implementation, teaching, and evaluation of nursing plans. Deliver direct patient care, ensure patient satisfaction, train and delegate duties, and adhere to university, federal, state, and local regulations. Practice autonomously in accordance with ANA standards while collaborating on interdisciplinary teams.
