Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to support K-12 students in Morganton, NC, for the current school year contract. This role involves managing a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels and delivering comprehensive speech therapy services within a supportive and structured school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students, including several middle schoolers, a few high schoolers, and predominantly preschool-age children.
• Provide individualized treatment and conduct evaluations based on IEP requirements; no MTSS involvement.
• Travel between three school locations, with driving distances up to 10 minutes.
• Deliver services during regular school hours (37.5-40 hours per week), maintaining full-time commitment.
• Collaborate with educational teams to support student communication goals and progress.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP credentials with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and experience in school settings.
• Familiarity with pediatric speech therapy and school-based service delivery.
• Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload and maintain accurate documentation aligned with IEPs.
• Comfort working with students across preschool to high school age ranges.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility for servicing multiple locations.
