You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of high-impact social media content, from developing and managing the social media content calendar to shooting and editing the organic social media posts.The ideal candidate doesn't just "post" content; they will develop content in accordance with brand guidelines and leverage analytics to ensure every post performs.Responsibilities:Content Strategy: Curate and manage the content calendar.Content Creation: Create, film, and edit organic social media content.Social Management & Publishing: Manage the daily "pulse" of the brand across platforms using Sprout Social. This includes scheduling posts, drafting captions, and managing approval workflows.Brand Voice & Community: Engage with the brand's community, ensuring brand voice is consistent and responsive.Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to translate high-level campaigns into platform-specific assets.
