Must-Have Skills
8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 8+ years in ServiceNow development.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM module, including at least one end-to-end implementation.
In-depth expertise in modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Change Management.
Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting abilities.
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
