SCHEDULE: MONDAY - THURSDAY: 8:00AM-4:30PM OR 8:30AM-5:00PM AND FRIDAY: 7:00AM-3:30PM OR 7:30AM-4:00PM

COMPENSATION: $17-$18/PER HOUR

BENEFITS: MEDICAL, VISION, DENTAL INSURANCES. 401K WITH COMPANY MATCH. PAID TIME OFF.

REPORTS TO: Front Office Lead

SUMMARY: Performs cleaning, housekeeping and/or general maintenance duties in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Exercises care and caution in the use of supplies and equipment while performing custodial tasks. Always maintains a clean and sanitary facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interior Facility Tasks (Non-Cleanroom Areas):
  1. Perform general janitorial duties in all buildings in office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, employee break area, kitchens, conference rooms and other common areas daily
  2. Dust and clean surfaces such as desks, furniture, vents, blinds, baseboards, and fixtures to maintain a clean, professional appearance
  3. Empty trash, replace liners, and sanitize high-tough surfaces daily
  4. Clean floors (vacuum, sweep, mop) and maintain a tidy appearance in all in interior areas
  5. Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in the correct placement
  6. Restock restroom, break room, kitchen supplies as needed
  7. Notify management of any facility maintenance needs and/or safety concerns inside the building
• Exterior Building and Grounds Maintenance:
  1. Pick up and properly dispose of litter, debris, and trash around the exterior of buildings and parking areas
  2. Clean exterior windows, doors, and building facades as needed.
  3. Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters and waste disposal areas
  4. Report any safety hazards or damage to exterior property to management immediately
• General Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. Completes tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  2. Completes all tasks assigned by the supervisor
  3. Maintains cleaning supplies inventory (requests orders for supplies)
  4. Comply with all company safety guidelines, PPE requirements, regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
  5. Performs other duties as assigned
  6. Will be cross-trained and perform duties as a Cleanroom Janitor as needed. Tasks may include:
     • Cleanroom Tasks:
       • Cleans certified cleanrooms according to established policies and procedures
       • Tasks in the cleanroom include but are not limited to cleaning floors, walls, surfaces, windows, and equipment using approved cleaning materials
       • Maintains logs and documentation for all cleaning tasks performed in the cleanroom
       • Handle and dispose of any waste and/or trash materials
       • Restock cleanroom PPE such as hairnets, gowns, masks, gloves, and shoe covers as needed
       • Comply with all PPE requirements when performing tasks in the cleanroom area

• Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
• Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions (non-weather)
• Frequently/Continually work near moving mechanical parts
• Occasionally work in high, precarious places
• Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions
• Occasionally/Frequently exposure to extreme heat or cold (non-weather)
• Continual loud noise in production areas
• Occasionally very loud noise (example: jack hammer work)
• PPE required in cleanroom (Gown, Hairnet, Face Mask, Beard Mask, Safety Glasses)
