Toker's Guide ( tokersguide.com ( is a rapidly growing cannabis start-up helping people find the best weed in their area by utilizing reviews from local connoisseurs. As part of a new growth initiative we're helping dispensary clients find and hire candidates for key positions. This description is for a Tampa area dispensary that's looking for responsible Budtenders to advise their customers, educate them on cannabis products, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Work with a team to help foster a thriving workplace.
• Use customer service skills to create a great client experience.
• Inform customers about new products and services.
• Guide customers through the checkout and payment process.
• Complete logs and reports.

Skills

• Proven work experience in a relevant customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis (previous work in the industry not required).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented
• Friendly
