About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Assurance to lead the development and execution of a global FSQA strategy. This executive will be responsible for ensuring that the company's food safety and quality practices are in line with regulatory standards and the brand's commitment to delivering safe, chef-crafted meals. Key responsibilities for the VP of FSQA include strategic leadership, organizational design, and the development of a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be a change agent, capable of leading through ambiguity and growth, and will be instrumental in the digital transformation of FSQA. They will also be tasked with owning the company's regulatory compliance strategy, leading risk assessments, and designing robust crisis management systems. The role requires a strategic and systems thinker, with a strong focus on execution and risk mitigation, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. A high level of integrity and a commitment to food safety, product quality, and customer trust are essential.
