About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Club and Facilities Management to lead the strategic expansion and operational excellence of its sport and experiential facility complexes. This executive will be responsible for the national real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiation, and portfolio management. The role also involves full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, and establishing operational standards across the Club network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-unit venue management, with a focus on hospitality, fitness, or entertainment, and must be adept at financial management, team leadership, and fostering a culture of innovation. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include developing and executing a national expansion strategy, leading all real estate transactions, and managing the Club portfolio. The successful candidate will also be tasked with driving revenue through various initiatives, such as sports programming, events, and partnerships, and will be expected to have a strong network in the industry. The role requires a leader with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, who can effectively collaborate with the executive team and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company. A background in sports, events, or competitive socializing, as well as experience in launching and scaling new venue concepts, is highly desirable.
