About the Role:
Are you passionate about travel and love helping others create unforgettable experiences? As a Vacation Planner , youll assist clients in designing, planning, and booking their dream getaways. From tropical escapes to family adventures, youll help match destinations, accommodations, and experiences to fit every travelers style all while delivering exceptional service from start to finish.
This is a remote opportunity , offering you the freedom to work from anywhere and set your own schedule while assisting clients around the world.
Key Responsibilities:Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences.
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and tours to curate personalized itineraries.
Provide expert recommendations and insider tips for memorable vacations.
Handle all aspects of trip planning, including bookings, payments, and confirmations.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel partners.
Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and destination updates.
Offer ongoing support before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older .
Passionate about travel and customer service.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills and internet access required.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
