What You'll Do: - Lead the tax compliance process for real estate partnerships, ensuring excellence across federal and state returns.
- Take the stage with clients - deliver proactive communication, insight, and solutions that exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For: - BA/BS in Accounting + CPA required.
- 6+ years of progressive public accounting experience with strong real estate/partnership expertise.
- 2+ years leading tax management teams.
- A natural communicator with presence - able to inspire confidence, hold attention, and lead client conversations with authority .
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills with a track record of delivering results.
