Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Muncie, IN, serving an elementary school setting. This contract role runs for the full school year and offers the opportunity to work directly with students in a supportive educational environment within a special education cooperative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students, supporting their communication development and educational progress.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 83 students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Conduct assessments, track student progress, and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credentials with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are required.
• Experience in a school setting is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to adapt therapy techniques to educational goals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in person with students and staff.
• Commitment to student-centered care and collaboration within a special education cooperative.
