Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist in an elementary school setting located in Arkansas. This contract position spans the current school year with an anticipated end date in May 2026. The role is ideal for candidates holding an SLP license or those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) seeking valuable experience in educational speech therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to a caseload of 36-40 students across 3-4 campuses.
• Focus on preschool-aged children, addressing a range of communication disorders.
• Work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with school and state policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP license or eligibility to practice under a Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Familiarity with school-based speech therapy practices and standards.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience with preschool caseloads preferred.

Location and Schedule:

• Position is based onsite at an elementary school in Arkansas.
• Contract duration is for the current school year.
• Full-time schedule with approximately 35 hours per week.
