Proven track record in 4–5 Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, Health, or Data Cloud), each lasting at least 6 months. Strong domain experience in Healthcare payer business, particularly within Sales processes. Hands‑on experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and management (EPICs, user stories, etc.). Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and other issue/requirement tracking tools. Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, configuration, and administration essentials. Experience in CRM roadmap planning, architectural design, and Force.com implementations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling large enterprise programs. Experience with onsite‑offshore coordination and flexibility for late evening or early morning calls. Apex/Visualforce and Salesforce code optimization knowledge are good to have but not mandatory.
