We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our production processes. As a Production Assistant, you will support various aspects of our production operations and work closely with different departments to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

• Assist in daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Prepare and organize production materials and equipment prior to shoots or manufacturing processes
• Support the production team by coordinating schedules, resources, and logistics
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and tracking materials as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving production workflows
• Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly and effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a production or related environment is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
