Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Front Desk Night Audit Supervisor to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As an Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing exceptional service to our guests. Pay

$19.00 - $21.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Supervise and train night audit team members, manage guest complaints, and communicate daily with the direct manager regarding issues and concerns
• Run the night audit function, reconcile credit card payments, input sales from various systems, and review pending advance deposits and charges
• Understand and correct guest folios and billing, check guests in and out efficiently, and quote room rates and package details
• Post charges for in-house accounts, read group resumes, and stay informed on daily group activities
• Complete shift closing procedures, secure the bank, follow cash handling policies, and answer and direct incoming calls professionally

More about you

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality with front desk experience
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Computer-literate in Microsoft Office programs; some experience with property management systems preferred
• Must be fluent in the English language, both spoken and written
• No college degree required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
