What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Office Assistant . The primary role of the Office Assistant is to be driven, self-motivated, and a team player. This role requires solid attention to detail as well as strong communication skills. You will be required to compile special administrative projects and other ad hoc projects. Scheduling meetings and managing conference rooms. Receiving/mailing/managing correspondence. Screen incoming general messages within emails, mails, and phone calls. Ensure front desk and lobby area is kept neat and clean at all times. Assist with special administrative projects What you'll need to be successful: Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive and a team player. Comprehensive knowledge of receptionist duties. 1+ years of related experiences preferred. Strong organization skills. Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills. Excellent customer service and office administrative skills.
