***SIGN ON BONUS OF $200***

Paid in two segments; $100 after 60 days of employment and $100 after 120 days of employment

Here at the Riverbend Motel and Cabins, we put our team members and guests first. We've been family owned and operated for over 20 years, and we pride ourselves in the quality of care we treat our entire team with. Things get really busy here in Helen, so we're looking for some dedicated new team members to add to our growing family.

We have a lot of fun and we're all really close here, if you'd like to be a part of a team that you can grow with then we'd love to have you. Here's what we're looking for, right now:

What You'll Do:

• Your primary job is ensure that guest have a fun, memorable, and safe stay. This means, we'll need your help with reservations, the check-in and checkout processes, and helping guests throughout their stay.
• It's really important to make a great first impression both on the phone and in-person. So, we'll help you with on-site training to ensure that guests always have a great experience.

What You'll Need:

• As mentioned, we have a great program for getting you up to speed on-site, but you have to bring some skills yourself. Mostly, we're looking for friendly, trustworthy, and professional people that understand the value of customer service. It's a fun and rewarding experience, but as you know customer service isn't for everyone.
• With the interconnectivity and reliance each department has on the other, you'll be a valued member of this team. Lifting (up to 15lbs), standing for short periods of time, sitting, moving around, and the ability to preform basics tasks to keep your work area clean.
• Computers are everywhere, and unfortunately this business isn't any different. That's why we'll need someone that's comfortable and proficient with them. Although we have special software to help us manage the hotel (it's easy to use, we promise!), it really depends on your proficiency with computers. Basic skills such as typing and using search engines like Google to look up information for guests are important.

• Overnight Shifts (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)- Part-time- 2 shifts per week
• 8 Hour shifts
