Leasing Consultant

Locations:

• Springfield Apartments
• Kings Crossing

Pay: Hourly rates of $18$20/hr based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule: Must be available to work rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events. Weekday hours: 9?AM6?PM; Saturdays: 9?AM5?PM; Sundays: Off.

What Youll Do:

• Serve as the first impression and voice of our community.
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and team members.
• Balance customer service, sales, and administrative tasks, with full training and support.
