About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing & Field Coordinator to join our team in
Cleveland. This hybrid role combines property inspections, leasing follow-ups, tenant communication,
and renewal coordination. You will be the on-the-ground presence ensuring our properties are
well-maintained, tenants are supported, and vacancies are filled quickly.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct 10 property inspections per week and provide condition reports
• Perform in-person showings for qualified tenant candidates
• Follow up with tenant leads to complete applications and close leases
• Support renewal process and encourage tenants to stay
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure tenant onboarding success
• Communicate with tenants professionally and respectfully
• Provide weekly reporting and updates to management
