Avita Property Management and OTH Capital are seeking a dynamic HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and core HR operations across our rapidly expanding organizations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to help build scalable people systems as we grow toward 10,000+ units.

What You’ll Do – HR / People Operations

  • Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives
  • Assist with HR compliance, documentation, and personnel file management
  • Support managers with HR questions and employee relations processes
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment and maintain GUSTO (HRIS) workflows
  • Manage offboarding, exit documentation, and HR process updates
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine HR systems as Avita scales

What You’ll Do – Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across Avita + OTH Capital
  • Build pipelines for leasing, maintenance, onsite operations, regional leadership, and corporate roles
  • Manage job postings, outreach campaigns, ATS workflow, and candidate communications
  • Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience
  • Strengthen employer branding and sourcing strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience
  • Strong grasp of HR fundamentals: compliance, onboarding, employee relations
  • Proven ability to hire at scale
  • Clear communicator with strong emotional intelligence
  • Highly organized, self-driven, comfortable in a growth environment
  • Experience in property management or operational industries is a plus
  • Remote-ready: strong communication, follow-through, and ownership
