\nJob Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
\nVacuuming all carpeted areas and sweeping and mopping floors, vending areas, public stairwells, and office spaces.
\nMaintaining and detailing all public spaces, walkways, offices, dining outlets, bathrooms, and lockers, including employee areas.
\nExtracting and shampooing public areas, guest rooms, and office carpets.
\nCompleting high and low dusting and polishing.
\nCollecting trash throughout guest public spaces and offices across the property.
\nMoving and rearranging furniture.
\nLoading and unloading delivery trucks.
\nDelivering clean/dirty linens to and from floor linen rooms.
\nPerforming heavy or out-of-reach work for housekeepers in guest rooms.
\nCompleting guest request calls.
\nPerforming all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
\nMust be at least 18 years of age or older
\nThis position requires successful completion and passing of the post-offer employment physical exam.
\n\n
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\nExperience operating a Scissor Lift, Extractor/Shampooer, High/Low Speed Buffer/Floor Striper, or qualified ability after completing training.
\nAbility to handle multiple tasks at once.
\nAbility to understand instructions, both written and verbal.
\nAbility to give directions for the property.
\nDemonstrate friendly customer service
\nAbility to comply with department/Lodge grooming standards and policies.

\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to
\nConstantly (67-100% of time): Stand, Walk and Balance
\nFrequently (34-66% of time): Lift (0-20lbs), Push (0-75 lbs), Pull(0-75 lbs), Carry (0-20lbs), Reach Forward, Reach Overhead, Stoop, Kneel, Crouch, Handle Objects, Grasp and Operate controls
\nOccasionally (1-33%): Lift(21-50lbs), Carry (11-50lbs), Climb Stairs, Grasp firmly, and Crawl
\nSchedule involves working the second shift- 2:30 PM- 11:00PM. Weekends and holidays required. Shift start time may vary based on occupancy needs.
\nUse of approved cleaning chemicals.
\nProper footwear to be provided by employee.
\nCapable of pushing/pulling heavy linen carts.
\nCapable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
\nThis is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours.
