Job Description
The Golf Course Superintendent is one who is entrusted with the maintenance, operation, and management of the golf course. It is his/her responsibility to supervise the maintenance and repair of construction and maintenance equipment and to do related work as required.
· Experience: Previous experience with golf courses, landscaping, grounds maintenance preferred but not required.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Training in proper use of maintenance equipment and experience of chemicals and fertilizers preferred but not required.
· Knowledge and or certification in Golf Course Turf Management and/or Horticultural Management preferred, but not required.
