Fri and Sat Night - 3rd Shift Front Desk - Hotel Night Auditor Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Services Agent Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton – Boone, NC 1252 US Hwy 421 South, Boone, NC 28607 (Across from Bojangles & Bubbles Car Wash) Overview Are you a night owl with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail? We’re looking for a dependable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Services Agent . This is a key role that helps ensure the hotel runs smoothly overnight and is ready to shine each morning. Whether you're looking to build a career in hospitality or just want a flexible part-time schedule, we’d love to hear from you! Schedule Part-time: Friday & Saturday Nights | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Additional AM/PM shifts available if you're interested in full-time hours Must be available to work overnight and maintain professionalism throughout the shift Pay Compensation is negotiable based on your experience and availability Paid training provided Administrative & Audit Responsibilities Complete nightly audit process and reconcile hotel revenue transactions Post and balance charges, payments, and accounts across all hotel departments Prepare nightly reports for management, ensuring accuracy in financials Reset systems for the next day’s operations Attend to late-night check-ins, guest inquiries, and early departures Guest Service & Facility Support Prepare coffee and breakfast-to-go bags for early guests (by 4:00 AM) Set up cold breakfast items in preparation for the Breakfast Host’s shift Keep the front desk, lobby, and public areas clean and guest-ready Collect trash and restock supplies Assist with folding laundry to support the housekeeping team Respond to guest needs or emergencies overnight with professionalism and care Qualifications Must be trustworthy, responsible, and comfortable working independently Self-motivated with an eye for cleanliness and a heart for service Experience is a plus but not required—we'll provide the training!
