We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Aircraft Facility Custodian to join our team at an aircraft repair facility. The ideal candidate will have previous experience maintaining large industrial or hangar environments, be safety-conscious, and capable of operating industrial cleaning equipment. This position plays a key role in ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all staff and technicians.

Job Duties:

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the aircraft repair facility, including hangars, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Collect and properly dispose of paper, plastic, and other waste materials.
• Operate cleaning equipment including sit-down forklifts, pressure washers, and sit-down sweepers.
• Handle and maintain spill kits, ensuring compliance with facility safety protocols.
• Support hazmat cleanup and disposal procedures following company and regulatory standards.
• Utilize basic computer applications (Excel, Microsoft Office, and general PC use) for cleaning logs, reports, or equipment checklists.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all facility areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs .
• Experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift (required).
• Pressure washer Experience
• sit-down sweeper experience
• Spill kit and hazmat experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and basic PC functions.
• Must be able to follow safety guidelines and work independently or as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Background in large industrial or hangar facilities Preferred
