SALARY: $27.20 - $33.25 per hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.
BONUS; $3200 Sign-On Bonus after a successful completion of 90 days. BENEFITS: RVU offers a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks (minimum) accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13 paid holidays and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee's contribution.

Responsibilities - Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on barns, fencing, arenas, stables, and outbuildings.
- Inspect and maintain the septic system, water systems, and related infrastructure.
- Operate and maintain farm and grounds equipment, including tractors, skid steers, attachments, and trailers.
- Monitor, repair, and maintain lighting, plumbing, and basic electrical systems in barns and auxiliary structures.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, staff, and faculty to support campus operations.
- Recommend improvements related to contracted services and oversee their work (e.g., electrical, plumbing, landscaping).
- Perform seasonal property maintenance such as snow removal, mowing, and drainage management.
- Assist in planning and decision-making to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the Montana ranch Facilities and Grounds.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and consumables; ensure all work is logged and documented.
- Support safety compliance, inspections, and preventive maintenance planning.
- Assist with special events or activities hosted at the facility, including setup and tear-down.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
