Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform specialized floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining various types of flooring.
2. Utilize industry-standard techniques and equipment for carpet care, including shampooing, deep cleaning, and stain removal.
3. Occasionally undertake detailed janitorial cleaning assignments.
4. Maintain equipment, storage areas, and cleaning supplies.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free environment.
6. Work flexibly across different schedules and shifts based on company needs.
7. Uphold the company's mission and core values in all tasks and interactions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years floor and carpet care is preferred.
2. Ability to work independently and in a team.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks.
5. Availability for a flexible work schedule.
6. Adherence to the company's mission and values.
7. Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
