Executive Assistant

Contract Role (6-12 Months), possible to extend or convert | $35-$40/hour | Banking & Financial Industry

• C-Level Support is preferred!
• Possible to convert to FTE. Compensation might be renegotiated in case converted to Perm.
• Eligible for OT.
• Eligible for benefits during the contract (after 60 days).

Location: NYC, NY

We’re seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior/C-level executives in a fast-paced financial environment. This is a temporary role (6-12 months) with potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
• Plan events, arrange travel (domestic/international), and process expense reports.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team platforms, and office support.
• Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
• Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives (financial services/banking or corporate is a must).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , with knowledge of O365/Teams a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Fieldglass, or Ariba is a bonus.
