Chemical Process Operator

Starting pay is $23.21 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential.

Shift: 6PM 6AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.

What you'll do:

Operate washer, wash coat and drying systems and monitor chemical and material usage and specification to meet process requirements.

Operate and maintain all ancillary and utility equipment.

Monitor and maintain all chemical processes, knowledge of all operating manuals and bulletins.

Maintain control over all chemicals, lubricants and enamels in inventory.

Perform and maintain documentation of quality assurance, production and maintenance records, including performing routine and scheduled PM's, as required including lubrication, inspections, and minor adjustments and repair.

Maintain the concentration and temperature and its appropriate documentation of the cleaner stage of the washer.

We need you to have:

Manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and drawings, handbooks specifications, and other written materials.

Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
