\n Kelly is hiring a Chemical Operator III for a 12-month Contract role with one of our prestigious clients based out in Marlborough, MA 01752 (Onsite) - 4 days on and 4 days off. The night shift is 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. The day shift is 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM.

\n Pay rate: $25-30/hr.
\n
\n Qualifications:
\nSummary of Job: Perform manufacturing batch processing tasks as specified in written procedures to support the production, packaging, and handling of materials at Semiconductor Technology, Marlborough, MA. The position requires strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
\n
\n ** Work Hours*** : Must be able to work all scheduled times of the shift rotation alternating 4 days on and 4 days off. The night shift is 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. The day shift is 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM.
\n
\n For example: if the start of the work rotation is on a Monday, the individual would be scheduled to work Monday - Thursday. Then the individual would take the next 4 days off which would be Friday - Next Monday.
\nFinally, the individual would be scheduled to start next rotation next Tuesday - next Friday. This pattern continues forward: 4 days on and 4 days off.
\n If onboarded, training is required for the first 4 weeks and will be done on the day shift, Monday - Thursday (fixed days): 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
\n
\n Background/Skill Requirements:
\no Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED.
\no Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or clean room is preferred.
\no Fork Truck operation experience a plus.
\no Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
\no Exceptional Attention to Detail.
\no Self-motivating and hard working.
\n
\n Physical Requirements:
\no Light to moderate physical effort required.
\no Standing/Walking for the majority of the 12-hour shift.
\no Lifting required occasionally of up to 40 pounds.
\no Bending, pushing and pulling required on a daily basis.
\no Ability to occasionally work at table level and/or overhead level as necessary.
\no Required to wear appropriate PPE.
\no Required to work in a RESTRICTED electrically classified area for use of flammable and combustible materials.
\n
\n Work Environment:
\no Work performed in a plant environment.
\no Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemical and other elements.
\no Required to wear appropriate and designated PPE within certain areas of the plant (e.g. hard-hat, goggles, gloves, respirator, cleanroom garment).
\n
\n Responsibilities:
\no Maintain a safe working environment and participate in all required safety programs, training, and activities.
\no Follow Operating Discipline principles, procedures and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
\no Operate and field check process equipment. Monitor process conditions, equipment and control systems if required.
\no Receive direction from area leads/supervisor and complete assigned tasks.
\no Complete routine and repetitive activities such as labeling, forming and filling boxes, moving materials and equipment.
