Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong business systems analysis experience to support Salesforce CRM initiatives. This role will define product strategy, gather and translate requirements, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Work with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver solutions that meet user needs.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and adoption.
• Monitor product performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Develop BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create process flows, journeys, and system diagrams.
• Support backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA during development and UAT.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and track work in Jira.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud).
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with additional CRM or marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
