As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will also have the chance to participate in a Bonus Program, paid out every period, based on the performance of the restaurant.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with KFC standards and policies.
  • Lead and support your team, assisting the RGM with training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Manage inventory, uphold food safety protocols, and effectively address customer concerns.
  • Oversee financial aspects including cash management and expense control.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to formulate growth strategies while maintaining the brand's image.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in food service or a retail setting, including Profit & Loss responsibilities, ideally in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Willingness to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Capability to lift, carry, stack, push, or pull heavy objects and stand or walk for extended periods.

Additional Info:

Assistant Restaurant Managers receive compensation based on their skills and experience. The starting compensation for this position varies by location and will be discussed during the hiring process. Expected starting compensation ranges:

  • All other locations: $12.00 to $22.00 per hour
  • State of Maryland: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
  • State of New York: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
  • New York City: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
  • Cincinnati, OH: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
  • Toledo, OH: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
