ROLE SUMMARY:

You are a heartbeat away from ship's captain. As a member of the management team, you shape the culture of the restaurant. It will carry your imprint. In the absence of the RGM, the buck stops with you. Your role is to build the capability of your team, continue running great shifts and partner with your GM to make your restaurant stand out. This is a training ground for you because all that you learn will be taken with you when you become an RGM! Savor every experience, lean on your GM for feedback and coaching and gain confidence in your leadership of others and the restaurant.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations.
• Maintains food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Assists profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Assists RGM in recruiting, hiring, providing employee feedback, training and motivation.
• Upholds company standards on equipment, facility and grounds are maintained using a preventative maintenance program.
• Follows Taco Bell standards and procedures to make food safety a top priority.
• Provides complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing plans.
• Ensures Company safety and security policies are met.
