Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Asset Manager / Handyman to support our commercial construction operations. This role is responsible for managing company assets, including fleet vehicles, tools, equipment, and coordinating deliveries to and from job sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.

Key Responsibilities

Asset & Fleet Management

• Oversee company fleet vehicles (maintenance schedules, inspections, cleanliness, and organization)
• Track company tools, equipment, and materials
• Coordinate repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records

Deliveries & Logistics

• Coordinate and complete deliveries and pickups between job sites, vendors, and warehouses
• Ensure materials and equipment arrive on time and in good condition
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed

Handyman & Facility Support

• Perform light repairs and maintenance at job sites and company facilities
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment
• Support field teams with general labor or tasks as needed

General Support

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate with project managers and supervisors regarding asset needs
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, asset management, fleet management, or maintenance preferred
• Basic mechanical and handyman skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing tools, equipment, or vehicles
• Familiarity with commercial construction environments
• Basic knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
