Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time speech-language pathologist position is available with a K-12 caseload in a school setting located in Daphne, AL. This contract role begins ASAP and runs through the end of the school year. Candidates with experience across all grade levelsfrom preschool through 12th gradeare encouraged to apply. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for children from preschool through high school
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Monitor student outcomes and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a speech-language pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning early childhood through high school
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time as needed
